    Job Purpose

    Provision of administrative and compliance support to broking team members of ProFin.

    Job Description – Key Tasks and Responsibilities


    To support the ProFin Team by handling routine administrative work including preparation of monthly renewal listing, various broking slips, reports and presentations.

    To raise Debit Notes/ Credit Note/ Fee Invoices in timely and accurate manner.

    To prepare covering letters for dispatch of policies/invoices/endorsements to clients.

    Ensure all activities that are undertaken are compliant with regulation and Lockton's internal standards and procedures.

    To build and strengthen relationships with clients by assisting brokers in the timely delivery of services and documentation.

    Assisting the brokers to implement, monitor and control the renewal process with clients and insurers.

    Checking accuracy of basic information on policy/endorsement/invoice to ensure that it is accurate prior to forwarding to clients.


    Ensure prompt and accurate invoicing and that clients understand the Lockton cash collection terms, monitor, follow-up and resolve debtor queries in a timely manner to ensure prompt payment of premiums and fees.

    Assist to improve and enhance administrative process of the team.

    Improving credit control and bad debt aging of team's portfolio.

    Preparation of reports and analysis as required by Head of Department or Team Lead.

    Fully understand and assimilate into the culture of the Organisation and Department.

    Qualification and Experience

    GCE 'O' Level

    Experience

    Minimum 3 years
