Our Client is a SGX Listed company in Hospitality industry. They are looking for a HR Director to assist their HR team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible .

Job Duties of HR Director:

Responsible for the execution of daytoday HR operations payroll, talent acquisition, training & development and talent retention strategies
Involve in organization's compensation and benefits including salary structure reviews, bonuses and incentives
Maintain continuous employee engagement & employee relationship to ensure alignment of company policy and expectations
Formulate strategic business plans and HR policies to meet Company's manpower needs
Coordinate with various departments to forecast future hiring and operational needs
Adhoc duties as assigned
