    Roles & Responsibilities

    Main contractor for LTA project seeking for the above position:-

    Alternate Saturday

    Roles & Responsibilities:-

    · Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives & junior Engineers.

    · Responsible for checking/advise of plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations of area are followed correctly.

    · Responsible to ensure that all materials used, and work performed are in accordance with the specifications & budget.

    · Responsible for work progress timescales. (In charge area)

    · Supervising of project crews.

    · Coordination with consultant traffic team for timely submission and obtaining approval of temporary and permanent traffic diversion plan.

    · Coordination work with authorities, clients and QP.

    · Coordination with LTA term contractors (traffic light and street lighting).

    · Ensure safety, health & security of the in-charge area.

    · Assist in preparation of Approve-In-Principle (AIP), Preliminary, pre-final and final submission drawings with consultant for LTA, NPARKS, PUB and BCA submissions.

    · Attending and preparing minutes for meeting with clients, consultant and technical agencies such as NPARKS, PUB, HDB, URA and etc

    · Liaise and coordinate with interfacing contractors on traffic diversion matters.

    · Assist in planning and execution of works

    · Review method statement for various construction works and traffic diversion and traffic control plan for submission to LTA.

    · Take part in briefing with sub-contractors on the technical

    · Deal with arborist on site works to meet NPARKS requirement

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    · Minimum 5 years of working experience in road alignment design and traffic engineering after tertiary education. Shall be well versed and have experience in LTA's design standards.
