Main Tasks and responsibilities

  • To prepare the Annual Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement as per Head Office requirements and to attend to matters relating the preparation of the Statutory Accounts for the filing with the Registrar of Companies of Singapore
  • To prepare and submit all kinds of regulatory reports to MAS.
  • To attend to the Bank's corporate tax filling, verification and submission of claims of refund of Goods & services tax and including quarterly submission and other all tax matters related to Branch
  • Supporting Head Office on the IFRS & Indian GAAP reconciliation through various processes
  • Functionally responsible for all Finance matters of the Branch for Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Regulatory reporting
  • Preparation of financial statements, monthly profit and loss reporting
  • Preparation and submission of returns to HO and local banking regulators
  • Maintenance of financial static data
  • Responsible for all accounting related matters
  • Nostro account reconciliation
  • Corporate Tax and GST filing
  • Reporting on the valuations of securities and derivatives
