We are currently seeking an experienced, dedicated Project Manager who is passionate about serving the social sector, spearhead transformative initiatives, and leveraging expertise to steer cross-functional teams through the intricate landscape of technology-driven projects.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating resources, creating project plans, monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.


Key responsibilities:

  • Planning and defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
  • Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
  • Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
  • Collaborate with Digital Consultant to identify business requirements, and work together in planning of activities and allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with Product team to understand solutions development that align with business requirements.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure that project goals are aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Manage project team members, develop project management systems/processes, and define individual roles and responsibilities
  • Familiar with project management tools to track project performance, including schedule and cost
  • Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure that project goals are met
  • Identifying and managing project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential issues
  • Lead in managing project budgets and timelines, including identifying issues that may impact project delivery to ensure project success
  • Communicating project progress to reporting manager, stakeholders, and customers
  • Facilitating team meetings, including project kickoff meetings, project status meetings, and postproject debriefs
  • Ensuring that project documentation is accurate and up to date, including project plans, schedules, and reports
  • Initiating and organising meetings to discuss project goals and progress with relevant stakeholders

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Project Management, Business/Data Analytics, Software Development, or other relevant certifications will be viewed favourably
  • 5+ years of experience in project and/or business management, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Experience in managing crossfunctional teams will be a plus.
  • Advanced computer skills and indepth knowledge of different systems, project management software and tools.
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a highquality standard, in a multistakeholder environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members, clients, stakeholders and management, to explain and resolve issues
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Project management and leadership skills for managing teams, stakeholders, and clients
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills to handle any issues that occur during project
  • Detailed and processoriented structural/systematic thinker and planner
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make critical decisions
  • Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
  • Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
  • Familiarity in software development and IT industry is advantageous.

From $6,000.00 per month
