    Description

    Our client is a global Real Estate Property Management company. Their portfolio of properties features several iconic buildings. This role focuses on their flagship iconic property in Singapore.

    The key deliverable of the role is to enhance the sustainability standards of the client's properties and the organization with a focus on improving the energy performance and includes the following responsibilities:

    • Implementation of the energy management system as well as energy-related initiatives (eg. optimization, audit, project management) with strong hands-on experience
    • Establish and review operations, processes and systems to enhance the sustainability performance
    • To establish, track and monitor sustainability targets, propose and implement initiatives to meet the targets and enhance sustainability standards
    • Engage and collaborate with various stakeholders (eg. tenants) to improve sustainability awareness and standards
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information prepare reports and submissions related to sustainability and propose initiatives to improve the reporting process.
    • Keep abreast of industry sustainability developments, research on technologies/best practices/trends and solution/partner sourcing to further improve the sustainability plan and strategies

    Job Requirements (to include education, qualifications, years of experience, specific skillsets/qualities etc)

    • 7-8 years of demonstrated experience in the provision of energy-related services (eg. optimization, audit, project management).
    • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
    • EEOA or BCA Energy Auditor or SCEM required.
    • Strong knowledge of industry energy standards
    • Independent and strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, writing and planning skills
    • Able to excel in a fast-moving progressive environment while still having an eye for details.
    • Passionate about sustainability as well as improving energy performance
