Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support in the Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, and HVAC industry.
• Assist in the coordination and scheduling of service technicians and resources.
• Monitor and track service requests, ensuring timely response and resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service operations and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, providing timely and effective resolution.
• Maintain records and documentation related to service operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in ACMV/HVAC systems.
• Provide support in other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Prior experience in a support role within the ACMV/HVAC industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the location of the job posting.
