Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the crypto industry.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruiting for the crypto industry.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on hiring for cryptorelated roles.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical and nontechnical roles in the crypto industry.
Strong understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) and the crypto ecosystem
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Regional hiring experience will be advantageous.
