WHY JOIN US?

• To work with a team of dynamic ML engineers and R&D team in a fast-growing start-up.
• Contribute to KLAARA's product development roadmap.
• Identify and train suitable machine learning models to be used in conjunction with trading algorithms for complex problems.
• Oversee the full ML model training lifecycle from data preprocessing to model serving.
• Design and implement ML pipelines to allow for proper tracking of data trained models Deliver POC.
• Progress within the state-of-the-art AI environment.
• Fine-tune the current model and implement it.
• Understand, analyse and define new models to create new use cases.
• Lead a team of engineers.

Requirements

• Ph.D or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science is preferred.
• Experience in ML model training/fine-tuning from Data preprocessing all the way to model serving.
• Experience in optimising performance of ML models Experience with ML pipe lining tools.
• Full proficiency in Python, R.
• Understanding of basic Git commands.
• Proficiency in Linux-based operating systems.
• Strong knowledge in Machine Learning and Deep Learning (CNN, RNN, Random Forest, SVM, etc).
• Experience with Document AI understanding, and extraction is a big plus.
• Experience with Pytorch or Tensorflow.
• Knowledge of DevOps CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Knowledge of container tools such as Docker and Kubernetes Github repository with projects is a big plus (we want to see what you have been able to create).
• Ability to solve technical challenges and solutions.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin.
• A fast learner and able to work independently.
