Responsibilities:


  • Chartering dry bulk vessels with Deadweight Tonnage (DWT) ranging from 20,000 to 80,000, covering various types of contracts including Time Charter Trip (TCT), longterm charters, and shortterm fixtures.
  • Negotiating and executing Contracts of Affreightment (COA) and spot cargo agreements in the market.
  • Analyzing market trends, assessing vessel availability, and optimizing vessel utilization to meet customer demands.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with shipowners, brokers, and charterers to secure favorable terms and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree from a maritimerelated institution or equivalent experience in the maritime industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in chartering dry bulk vessels, with a proven track record of successful negotiations and fixture closures.
  • Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, market dynamics, and chartering principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
