Responsibilities

Participate in Skyworks automation projects for productivity, quality improvement and support our mission to be best in class filter manufacturer.
Implement automation systems comprising of inhouse developed, customized solutions & offthe shelf product to the production floor.
Work closely with Production, Engineering comprising Process & Equipment, IT to troubleshoot and resolve production systems issues raised.
Work closely with Engineering comprising Process & Equipment & external solution provider to introduce & qualify automation projects that improves quality control & operational flow
Actively engage with production, engineering teams & external solution providers where necessary to implement Automation projects and achieve implementation target / KPI.
Identify system enhancement opportunities, propose improvement plan, and implement to the production environment.
Prepare project proposals (Be it New project or improvement plan) for review and submission for CAPEX request where necessary.
Provide support to engineering team to assist them in the projects implementation and push for adoption / usage of systems in their daytoday work.
Create and document best practice on using automations systems for end user.
Actively demonstrate a passion for continuous learning.
Any Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Skills/Education

Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or etc.
Fast learner for new systems with minimum supervision
Good communication and documentation skills
Strong and systemic problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Good Team Player and able to work independently

Preferred Skills

Experience with handling projects
Basic Machine operational technical knowledge
Experience in drafting flow charts
