    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence with attention to detail.
    • Assist in the organization and management of electronic litigation files and documentation.
    • Utilize e-litigation platforms to file and manage legal documents efficiently.
    • Support legal staff in the preparation for, and follow-up on, court proceedings.
    • Maintain and organize digital and physical files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates, coordinating with all relevant parties.
    • Conduct legal research as directed and compile data from various sources.
    • Communicate with clients, witnesses, lawyers, and outside vendors to schedule interviews, meetings, and maintain professional interactions.
    • Process and track legal documents to ensure timely compliance with court deadlines.
    • Assist in the preparation of probate applications and the management of letters of administration, if applicable.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
    • At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm environment
    • Experience in probate and letters of administration processes
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in legal document preparation and word processing.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
