The cosy and trendy venue serves happy hour prices all day, where patrons can choose from more than 90 varieties of wine, sparkling, champagne or cocktails.


Key Responsibilities

  • Performs all types of food preparation as instructed by the Sous Chef/Executive Chef in a professional way to ensure quality and consistency
  • Ensure quality and freshness of all food preparation.
  • Make sure all stocks and food items are placed neatly in shelves and fridges.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and in good working order at all times.
  • Ensure production and quality meets hotel standards.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma in Culinary or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in culinary field / pastry / baking
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years in similar capacity
  • Innovative, proactive and positive attitude
  • Pastry and Baking knowledge a must
  • Keen interest in French cuisine and baking, understanding of latest culinary concepts in a broad range of cuisines
  • Able to perform shift work
