- Maintain full spectrum of daily Logistics & Shipment administration and documentations (deliveries, freights, bills and customers' enquiries)
- Work closely with Overseas Sales/Customer Facing teams, Indonesia team as well as Finance & Purchase teams, suppliers, customers and forwarders for shipments, deliveries, etc
- Coordinating of shipments, prepare shipping documents and invoices and attend to enquiries on status of shipments, freight costs, etc
- Maintain logistics databases and assist in the preparation of the transportation and distribution statistics for analysis
- Checking and verifying freight invoices based on prices quoted and ensuring full set of documents are received for payment and audit purposes
- Manage freight forwarders and external logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries of goods & services and competitive quotes and pricing
- Prepares monthly reports on shipments, freight, inventory warehouse and other costs, where required
- Monitor inventory at warehouse regularly & ensure efficient stock management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve problems on deliveries, cargo damages, payments and complaints
- Handle loss or damage and return goods if such discrepancies arise
- Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistic, or related discipline
- Min. 2 years' relevant experience in logistic industry or international trade related experiences in technology products in the Technology field – Telecom/IT/Software & Hardware products is preferred
- Ability to work independently, as team player and meticulous
- Familiar with Incoterms, transcontinental transportation matters including shipments and dealing with Government customers
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working with Customers in Indonesia is preferred
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous
