Operations Analyst-logistics(Analytics/ Rpa - Singapore - CVISTA HR CONSULTING PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- The keeper of all Key performance Indicators or KPIs, scorecard reporting related to the assigned Operations.
- Understand the objective of each parameters, definition, target, calculation, frequency, source, retrieval method.
- Highlight issues of failing Key performance Indicators (KPIs) and trigger correction action with relevant function.
- Analyse data trends to identify improvement areas, streamline and follow through to implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics and/or Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Powerapps, VBA)
- Hands on experiences in Python, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Lowcode apps (PowerApps/PowerAutomate) and visualization tools (PowerBI)
- Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
