    Responsibilities :

    • Handle recruitment and deployment matters
    • Check staff attendance records
    • Track work pass and contract expiry dates
    • Handle work pass application
    • Submit statutory claims online (e.g., government-paid maternity leave/childcare leave claims and NS claims)
    • Track and generate performance appraisal forms (for annual/confirmation/promotion appraisals)
    • Assist HR manager on monthly payroll
    • Generate Internal Purchase Requisition (IPR) / Capital Expenditure Forms
    • Perform other duties as required

    Requirements :

    • Diploma in Business Management / HRM
    • Min. 1 year of relevant working experience
    • Proficient in MS Office
