Description
Responsible in developing the Business scenario and test scripting preparation in ensuring they are in line with the business requirements

  • Ensure UAT are completed within time frame and to update test results with proper documentation
  • Monitoring and tracking of issues and fixes
  • Responsible to learn and to adopt new processes and to understand the business needs to help identify process improvement
  • Liaise with business teams, walkthrough UAT test plans and provide regular update on the overall testing, defects and the delivery status
  • Support BAU team with production defects and impact of those defects Liaise with business teams on the defects and coordinate the delivery of the defects

Requirements:


  • Diploma / Degree in any field
  • 12 years of working experience in insurance industry, with operational knowledge in Life Administration, Agency Administration and Finance preferred.
  • Professional qualification in Life Insurance i.e Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII), Life Office Management Association (LOMA), Australian Institute of Insurance (AII), International Claim Association (ICA) or other related to Life Insurance Industry would be an added advantage.
  • Detailed oriented and meticulous
  • Strong ownership with a positive and cando attitude
