The Vacancy

Due to an expanding range of projects, we are on the lookout for a Senior Architect / Senior Architectural Designer to join our Singapore studio team to work on a variety of exciting projects.

You will have an opportunity to demonstrate your passion for design, together with your co-ordination, innovation and technical expertise to deliver great projects which not only exceed our clients' expectations but also reflect our vision and values.

Your skills

• Competent Experience of various forms of building contract (D&B, CM, Traditional)
• Competent working knowledge of Revit & BIM
• Good working knowledge with design tools like Rhino, Grasshopper etc is preferred
• Good working knowledge of Singapore & regional Building Systems, Regulations and construction types
• Ability to drive the content and the final presentation of project documentation using Affinity Designer, Photo, Publisher and SketchUp

Your qualifications and experience

• RIBA Part 3 or approved equivalent qualified Architectural Graduate
• Registration with the Board of Architects in Singapore is preferred and registered in other recognised professional bodies in other countries can be considered
• Demonstrable relevant experience of working in Singapore and within South-East Asia working within the data centres, critical infrastructure and rail architecture sectors.
• Demonstrable relevant architectural work experience in the design and implementation of rail projects in Singapore
• Certified Singapore BCA's Green Mark Manager or Design for Safety (DfS) is preferred.
