Company Description

Assembly Works is a Singapore professional service provider offering a wide range of services from consulting, accounting, corporate secretarial services and HR services. We are looking for a self-driven and experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounts team in providing top quality services to our clientele.

Responsibilitiy

• Manage and mentor a team of account associates in providing quality accounting and taxation services.
• Manage the preparation of financial reports and tax.
• Manage the preparation of full sets of accounts and partial set of accounts for various companies across multiple industry, including reconciliation, cash flow, closing.
• Handle tax structuring/planning, tax audit and dealing with tax authorities.
• Ensure timely submission of deliverables to clients.
• Constantly stay updated with new regulations and accounting standards.
• Other accounting duties or assignment.
• Identify and drive process improvement within the department.

Requirements

• Recognised degree in accounting or other professional qualifications recognized by ISCA
• Min 3-5 years of relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts
• Meticulous and good analytical skills
• Experience dealing with tax authorities and tax audit
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• People management experience will be an advantage
