Description

Responsible for daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of production lines with strong focus in maximising production capacity through optimization, productivity improvement, quality and food safety and hygiene management

• Conduct innovative production and material resource planning studies to discover doable ways to improve the efficiency of production productivity and costsaving expectations
• Set production objectives and implement action plans for achieving management set targets
• Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established food safety & hygiene procedures and standards
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant equipment, machinery and facility to ensure smooth work operations
• Manpower planning, training and development to uphold food production expertise and professionalism
• Ensure manufacturing and processing staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear to comply with personal health and safety requirements
• Create optimal work shifts (Spilt Shifts) to maximise food production operations management
• Ensure products and raw materials are stored properly at optimum ambience conditions
• Ensure all company regulations governed HACCP and government legislations from AVA are duly adhered to
• Being a Supervisor, he must also assist in leading new workers into the work flow and understand different stages of the operation.
• 6 days' work week, including weekends/public holidays
