Responsibilities:

Prepare Documentation:Draft and manage quotations, invoices, and delivery notes efficiently.

Customer Interaction:Coordinate and follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure smooth transactions.

Commercial Communication:Engage in effective communication with customers to clarify commercial aspects of transactions.

Work Orders:Issue and manage work orders in alignment with customer requirements.

Deadline Management:Supervise delivery deadlines.

Support Sales Team:Assist the Sales Team in various ad-hoc tasks to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:

Language Skills:Proficiency in written and spoken English to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Communication and Coordination:Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with customers and internal teams.

Independence and Teamwork:Ability to work independently while maintaining a pleasant disposition and fostering teamwork within the department.

Technical Proficiency:Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage documentation and communication effectively.
