ABOUT THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION (NIE)

NIE invites applications for the position of PA to Director, NIE.

Responsibilities

Manage NIE Director's personal and professional appointments and provide general assistance at meetings.
Coordinate NIE Director's overseas travel arrangements.
Manage NIE Director's role-based email and incoming/outgoing phone calls.
Manage NIE Director's office filing systems.
Oversee NIE Director's Office financial-related matters.
Perform literature search and reviews to support the work of NIE Director's Office.
Manage project timelines for NIE Director's Office.
Maintain the physical inventory and hygiene of NIE Director's Office.
Provide other administrative support, as required.

Requirements

A University Degree.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Good command of the English language. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess the ability to display tact and diplomacy in managing different stakeholders' demands.
Ability to exercise discretion and understanding of confidentiality issues.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Meticulous to details.
