- Designing and delivering software to meet requirements including architecture, design, reuse, development, integration and verification.
- Defining and tailoring the software engineering environment and the process, practices and tools applicable to the project
- Ensuring that the designed solution is developed according to design, schedule, cost and quality expectations
- Identifying risks, and proposing effective solutions; executing mitigation actions and reporting on outcomes and residual risks
- Past / Present experience in working on TopSKY HE components (e.g., JHMI, DPR, FDP)
- Language: working knowledge of Java Core, Junit.
- IDE/CICD Tools: GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Eclipse, JIRA
- Knowledge of formal software engineering process throughout lifecycle: - writing & reviewing design, requirements, software testing practices (including functional , blackbox and integration tests) and code
- Agile methodology: Scrum, Agile
- DevOps culture and CICD methodologies
- Prior experience in upskilling and training new engineers
- Language: any others like ADA, Java, C++
- Software testing practices at-scale including white-box testing, load and/or stress testing

Roles & ResponsibilitiesYou will be a member of a newly created software squad which maintains one of our main products, TopSKY HE. As an ATM Software Subject Matter Expert on TopSKY HE, you will help to upskill the local software squad in the activities of analysing and implementing PCRs and ECRs.
You are expected to participate in technical communities of practices (e.g., COPs, Guilds) and potentially leading these communities to improve the engineering processes and competencies in the ATM and digital domains.
