    Description
    • Punctuality is compulsory
    • Every Monday morning has staffs meeting
    • Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
    • Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
    • Manage schedules and deadlines
    • Documentations and Invoices filing and preparation
    • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
    • Human Resource Background preferred
    • Accounting background is bonus

    Requirements and skills

    • Proven experience as administration manager
    • In-depth understanding of procedures and departmental and legal policies
    • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • A team player with leadership skills
    • BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
    • Mandarin & English speaking

    Office Location: Orchard Road

    Industry: Asthetic & Beauty

    Working hours: 10am-7pm (Saturday half day/full day depends on management)

    Salary: SGD SGD 4500 (Depends on experience)
