Description

Our client is a forward-looking premier institution. We are sourcing on behalf of our client for an External Relations Manager, based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Initiate new collaborations for the institution with external parties
Oversee the planning and management of assigned projects from initiation to completion
Produce budgetary proposals, implementation plans and project updates
Initiate and build new contacts for the various programmes and initiatives conducted
Write project proposals, reports, marketing materials, meeting notes and other related documents
Coordinate and delegate admin support for local and international committee meetings (minutes writing, tracking actionable etc.) on regular basis.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience including 5 years in sales
Excellent communication skills written, oral and presentation
Strong research and analytical skills, and interpersonal skills
Experienced in building and maintaining collaborative relationships
Highly motivated individual with determination to achieve goals
Demonstrates proactive mentality, and attentive to details
Demonstrate excellent project management skills, including planning and prioritisation.
