Description
Sincere Healthcare Group is seeking for a Healthcare Assistant to join our dynamic team in Singapore.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Register and schedule appointments for patients.
  • Answer inquiries from patients.
  • Handle incoming calls.
  • Prepare case notes and other required forms.
  • Ensure the clinic facility is in good order.
  • Provide other daytoday administrative and clinical support for the Clinic as assigned by the supervising head (e.g. handle laundry and purchase refreshments and stationery).
  • Billing raise invoices and collect payments.
  • Claims prepare and submit claims (e.g. MediSave / insurance claims).
  • Upkeep the pharmacy order drugs and manage inventory.
  • Rotate to other clinics within the Company or Sincere Healthcare Group for Clinic Assistant role.
  • Perform chaperone duties.
  • Assist in preoperations, intraoperations and postoperations.
  • Undertake such other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High energy, dynamic and selfmotivated
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to speak mandarin will be an advantage.

Salary:
$2, $3,000.00 per month
