Job Description

• Design and develop metrology systems, with large focus on multidisciplinary engineering skills, based on latest technologies to fulfil customers from semiconductor manufacturing industry
• Collaborate and host design reviews with multi-disciplined teams (software, optics, mechanical) on engineering concept design
• Prepare preliminary schematics and final designs, calculations, equipment selection and layout
• Set up and conduct lab work for prototype specs validation
• Conduct tests and analyze raw data of metrology systems
• Preparation of reports for feasibility study, new parts evaluation, failure analysis and cost study
• Prepare manufacturing documentation and collaborate to release new solutions and solve production related problems
• Host meetings both internally and with customers
• Occasional travel for training & collaboration

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Physics/Mechatronics Engineering and 5 years' work experience
• Experience in the applications of optics, high precision mechanics
• Knowledge in Python & statistical analysis is a plus
• Experience in semiconductor industry is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
