  • This candidate will join the IT Collaboration Solutions (ICS) team to maintain and support PSA group's Global Collaboration Platform (GCP) services for our subsidiaries globally, and to roll out these systems to new business units (BUs) that PSA has started or acquired. This person will need to provide leadership and technical/ functional expertise in performing business analysis with users, and in proposing and implementing solutions to fulfil the business requirements, at times with support from vendors if we have engaged them for implementation services and/ or application maintenance services (AMS). He/ She will need to manage the various Group, Regional and local stakeholders to get buy-in for initiatives and projects.

    The technologies that PSA adopted in delivering the GCP services are primarily Microsoft Office 365, Okta (MFA), Druva etc.

    He/ She will report to Assistant Vice President (Group IT).

    Roles and Responsibilities

  • To ensure good service level of support to PSA International (PSAI) users, both internal and BU users, and to achieve the agreed service level with the BUs, typically at 99.5% of availability
  • To ensure full compliance to all applicable IT Security, IT Governance, and Data Governance standards in PSA. To ensure no serious (High) audit finding for any audits to the systems under your care, both internal and external
  • To work with PSA BUs on business case and technical details, and onboard them to a single global tenant for Office 365 and related SaaS applications. To articulate benefits and ROI of the projects assigned to you.
  • To explore new features/solutions and determine the suitability of adoption for the organisation, to identify areas of improvement for current practices and recommend for change. To introduce 1-2 new features/solutions per year to GCP+
  • To provide Level 3 and/ or higher-level support for SaaS and private cloud virtual machines. You will be required to be on support duty rostering and responding to after-office hours emergencies and occasional weekend maintenance.
  • To provide prompt and excellent end-user-computing (EUC) and GCP+ related support to PSA's Senior Management Council (SMC) members. To ensure their problems are resolved successfully and as quickly as possible.
  • To manage contractors and/ or vendors to provide the roll-out, development services, and application maintenance services if we have outsourced some activities to them. To ensure compliance of contractors and/or vendors in meeting our requirements.
  • To manage the various stakeholders and get buy-ins from them and that trade-offs are properly considered and properly explained.
  • To coach and develop your staff technically, functionally, managerially and ensure a healthy working environment that staff are happy to work in.
  • About You

  • Possess at least a graduate degree in a relevant discipline
  • Must have at least 10 years of relevant working experience in Windows Server Operating System and PowerShell scripting
  • Must have at least 7 years of relevant working experience in Microsoft Office 365 (including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Azure Active Directory)
  • Must have experience in project implementation and have completed at least several rollouts of Office 365 to large enterprises
  • Must possess good working knowledge in service management practices. Having an ITIL certification is definitely a plus
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with users and their managers; as well as vendors, system analysts, and system engineers supporting you
  • Must have good people management skills to work with your users to get buy-in and co-operation
  • Must have strong vendor management skills, as some implementation and application support may be outsourced to vendors
  • Must have strong project management skill, as you will be responsible for smooth project and change management
  • Must have good analysis skills to understand business requirements, to design the solution, to develop the changes in the system to fulfil users' requirements
  • Must be familiar with Service Level Agreement (SLA) and contractual matters
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • A positive, self-motivated, resourceful individual who can complete tasks independently
  • Be willing for short overseas travel, either for Requirements Study or Project Deployment
