Job Description:


  • To assist in day to day administrative work and keying data entry in house software.
  • Assist in processing shipping documents and coordinating with customers and contractors.
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned.
  • Preferably with some knowledge on shipping procedures.otherwise training is provided.
  • Independent, quick learner and multitasker.
  • Meticulous in paperwork and is hard working.
  • Customer oriented and possess good interpersonal skills
  • Good team player with positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office(words,excel,outlook ,Powerpoint etc)
  • Preferable able to start work in short notice.
