What you can expect to work on:

Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes for clients' hiring needs
Develop an approach to nurture high calibre active & passive jobseekers
Introduce creative strategies around sourcing and pipelining target talent profiles
Advise clients and hiring managers on talent pools & hiring trends
Acquire new client accounts who have suitable hiring needs

What we're looking for:

CEI Basic certified
Prior experience working in a agency recruitment
Natural communicator who can make people feel comfortable from the first conversation
Resourceful selfstarter that can make things happen
Prior experience in a salesrelated role is a bonus
