    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to establish Eu Yan Sang as a trusted brand in the US market, leveraging market insights and consumer trends.

    Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key opportunities, challenges, and trends in the US healthcare and wellness industry.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans.
    Identify and prioritize target customer segments and develop tailored digital marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage these audiences.
    Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, healthcare providers, and industry influencers.

    Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and identify areas for optimization and improvement.

    Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory requirements, and market trends in the

    US healthcare and wellness market to inform strategic decision-making and innovation

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles, with a focus on the US market and digital marketing.

    Proven track record of success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for consumer products or healthcare/wellness brands, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.

    Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans and initiatives.
    Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
    Willingness to travel to the US as needed to support market expansion efforts.
