Job Description:

. Collaborate with the sales team to plan delivery schedules for new products and restocks following internal shipping guidelines.

. Manage the import of finished goods from origin to the local warehouse.

. Coordinate local warehouse activities, including pick and pack operations.

. Handle all aspects of exporting company's products to various stakeholders.

. Ensure accurate inventory for local and overseas warehouses through periodic counts.

. Liaise with 3rd party logistics for shipping quotes and cost comparisons for raw material imports.

. Assist the Events Team in timely shipping of promotional materials.

. Drive continuous improvement in internal processes and logistics cost optimization.

. Manage and monitor 3rd party logistics providers, ensuring adherence to commitments and costs.

. Verify billing invoices from 3rd party logistics providers.

. Prepare and distribute fortnightly product availability reports to stakeholders.

. Support internal and external audit processes.

Requirements

. Relevant studies in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent

. Has knowledge in import and export procedures in terms of Air & Sea freight

. Has knowledge in Incoterms 2020 and Harmonised Code classification

. Possess skills in data analysis, tasks management and ideas generation

. Proficient in MS Office software and courier ship manager platform

. Able to anticipate issues and resolve them effectively and efficiently

. Open to work in warehouse when required

. Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events

Good to Have

. Driving License Class 3/3A
