Job DescriptionCompany transport pick up from Yishun, Admiralty, AMK, Sengkang, Tanah Merah, Tampines, Pasir Ris MRT stations

Our client is a global leader specialized in international transportation, freight forwarder, supply chain management, and packaging solutions with offices in over 20 countries.
Responsibilities:
Handle customers' enquiries promptly
Ensure compliance with customers' Standard Operating Procedures
Liaise with overseas agents on various requirements and rates
Prepare shipping, LCL, FCL documentation
Coordinate with import and export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing
Liaise and coordinate with carriers/ customers/ suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
Sea freight quotations for ad-hoc COD customers
Arrange for the packing/ labelling of Dangerous Goods
Responsible for closing of files every month
Responsible for DG declaration from time to time
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree is preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding (sea freight)
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
