**Tasks

TasksTasks***Porsche Singapore is offering a Human Resources internship opportunity. The successful intern will actively participate in various HR functions such as supporting the employee/intern life cycle in recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.

More tasks include:

Assisting in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on job boards and university career portals.
Prepare onboarding documents for new hires and conduct onboarding sessions.
Assist with HR administrations, processes, and general enquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support and ensure the accuracy and uptodate maintenance of employee records and databases.
Assist in planning and organising employee engagement activities.
Support in the preparation of HRrelated presentations and reporting.
Support in office management tasks.

**Qualifications

QualificationsQualifications***- Pursuing bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies.

Past internship experience preferred.
Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Openminded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently.
Enjoys engaging with and fostering relationships with others.
Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding.
Able to exercise professional discretion and work with confidential and sensitive information.
