1. Develop annual operating plans that are consistent and support the agreed strategies by the Board.

Establish the performance goals and metrics; allocate resources that support the annual operating plans.
Execute the annual operating plans and report results and outcomes that are measured against the established performance goals and metrics.
Develop organizational function to establish processes and systems to ensure the efficient utilization of organization's resources.
Lead, guide, direct and evaluate the work and performance of other business leaders including (but not limiting to) Group Financial Controller; Group Operation Officer, Presidents of subsidiaries; SVPs/VPs/Managers of functional departments, depending on the organization's reporting structure.
Provide prompt, thorough and accurate information of the company and its subsidiaries' business performances.
Oversee the operations of business and manages its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain an effective framework of internal controls over risk in relation to all business activities.
Report to the Board of Directors. Establish and maintain a close working relationship with the Executive Team to ensure the smooth functioning of the Executive Team of the company. Report key developments in a timely manner and seek advices and supports as appropriate.
