Description

"i) Assists in planning, organizing and carrying out project management activities

Ensuring that desired profit margins are achieved through cost containment, material wastage control, etc;
Ensuring that shop drawings are completed and submissions to the authorities are carried out in a timely manner with Drafting Department;
Ensure that projects perform according to agreed schedule, quality and costs;
Ensure that assigned projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner to achieve customer satisfaction objectives
Ensuring that risk management is taken into account in all project management activities;"

"ii) Assists to ensure that safety procedures

Incorporated in all project management activities and takes initiatives to promote a safety working culture;
Conducting Mass Tool Box meeting with Safety personnel; "

"iii) Assists in planning for site mobilization and work sequential execution;

Ensuring project performance through close supervision, site checks, close monitoring of site progress and swift resolution of any quality and work schedule issues;
Conducting daily meetings with project team members and ensuring that latest changes are communicated to all project staff; "

"iv) Assists in verifying sub-contractor claims and material orders with Quantity Surveyors

Understands contract documentation in conjunction with B.Q. and material specifications;
Liaises with suppliers and subcontractors on contractual matters; "

"v)Assists in updating project development performance in meetings;

Attends project kickoff meetings, ongoing meetings and project closure meetings with clients, consultants and other parties;
Ensuring that progress and other reports are prepared in a timely manner as required;
Responding to consultants' and requests from others in a proactive and timely manner;"

vi)Liaises with relevant stakeholders effectively to execute the projects in a seamless manner and mitigates any issues that arise;
vii)Assists in ensuring effective compliance of contractual terms and the full and final settlement of project accounts;
viii)Any other duties as may be assigned
