- Planning and coordinating the installation of HVAC ductwork systems in new and existing buildings
- Ensuring that all ductwork/ piping installations comply with approved shop drawings
- To update as-built drawing to the Project team
- Collaborating with Project Manager and Engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that ductwork/ pipework installations are integrated into the overall building design
- Ordering materials and equipment needed for ductwork installations and ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintaining accurate records of all ductwork/ pipework installations, including project timelines, costs and materials used
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance services after the installation is complete
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the installation process
- Able to attend site coordination meetings
- Able to submit inspection forms and carry out inspection with RTO
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by the Company
- Min. 5 years of related work experience
- Secondary School or equivalent
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC installation
- Good in time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
