    Roles & Responsibilities

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of Room Service operations
    • Ensure all guest orders, including amenities are delivered in a timely manner and in line with company standards
    • Inspect Room Service floors and service landings to ensure service standards are maintained
    • Respond to guest inquiries and coordinates special arrangements
    • Review SOP and ensure training of team members are in compliance with company's service standards
    • Ensure menu descriptions are up to date and distributed appropriately
    • Enforce established guidelines and policies of the company to comply with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising and managing the team
    • Achieve monthly sales target and recommend strategies to improve sales
    • Monitor P&L and recommend ways to reduce costs and expenses
    • Ensure proper cost control on all expenses

    Requirements

    • Diploma certificate or its equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably with in-room dining operations
    • Possess good verbal, written and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in MS office applications
    • Good management of P&L and food costs
    • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
