About the Team

Ecommerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators.

We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.

We are looking for a policy education program manager to join our team to drive user policy education related projects.


Responsibilities may include:
designing and delivering e-commerce user policy training, enhancing operational procedures, and driving product and policy education mechanisms. This role is based in Singapore and is responsible for South East Asia policy education.


Responsibilities:


  • Translate ecommerce platform governance policy into engaging, informative, and easily digestable educational content for sellers and creators.
  • Write and produce educational materials and visualzed content, including video scripts, slide decks, and infographics, that appeal to multiple countries and language backgrounds
Review and copy edit materials for quality and accuracy.

  • Evaluate efficacy of internal & external policy education content.
  • Identify optimal channels for delivery of policy education content.
  • Collect, organise, and analyse data.
  • Be the voice of the sellers and creators Remain uptodate on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, platform policy updates, and enforcement standards to champion policy education frameworks.
  • Utilize strategic tools, systems, and data to help the team analyze trends and deliver insights to define goals and improve overall processes.
  • Establish partnerships with global crossfunctional teams, including global & regional teams, operations, PR, legal, strategy teams, product teams, and business leaders to build, standardize, and optimize the overall process policy education workstreams.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a technical product environment
  • Experience developing training materials and visualized contents for a wide range of backgrounds and international markets required
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use data to drive decision making.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills across crossfunctional teams to build plans and projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and reach agreements with others.
  • Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passionate, selfdriven, and curious to learn and able to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking ability and able to propose complex solutions and clear explanations in writing.
  • Able to coordinate a wide array of internal and external resources to obtain, process, and operationalize information and develop a strategy.
  • International experience in the ecommerce industry is preferred.
