Description

The Regional Marketing Director will be responsible for the development of the marketing strategy to support the company's business goals and objectives throughout the Asia Pacific region.

In this role, the Director of Marketing will be responsible for formulating and executing the regional strategic marketing plan, manage the regional budget and provide return-on-marketing investment analysis.


Directly reporting to regional president and dotted line to the Global VP of Marketing, the Regional Director of Marketing will supervise the sub-regional marketing leads and support their marketing activities and execution.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate, oversee and implement all aspects of the regional marketing and communications plans including, advertising, social, public relations, and special events.
  • Establish a working relationship with field teams; corporate teams; contractors, vendors, and agencies/freelancers; media; community leaders; and tenants.
  • Implement marketing plans and manage and motivate a team of field marketing representatives
  • Plan and implement the strategic marketing plan for the region in alignment with the corporate marketing team
  • Plan and effectively execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand equity and generate demand.
  • Build a regional center of excellence of various marketing operations such lead generation, press relations and content creation.
  • Oversee field marketing on digital owned and earned channels within the region including promotions, internal communications, and web content.
  • Work with the corporate marketing team to implement campaigns and earned media plans to drive volume and enhance awareness.
  • Track and measure marketing outcomes including creative performance, engagement, response, leads (MAL/MQL/SAL ) and ROI.
  • Manage regional marketing funnel, optimize processes, recommend strategic and tactical changes to maximize performance and lead conversion
  • Develop program to build relations with key influencers such as analysts, media and consultants.
  • Develop comarketing programs and campaign in cooperation with distributors and key systems integrators.
  • Ensure localization and adaptation of marketing content and sales tools as appropriate
  • Manage regional marketing budget and expenses

Requirements:


  • Minimum 10years experience in marketing role.
  • At least 5year experience in B2B global organization and preferably covering multiple countries.
  • Strong business partnership skills with Sales and Channels.
  • Solid presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven success in developing strategic multifaceted marketing communications plans and converting them into tactical activities and programs.
  • Specific experience with progressive use of Marketing Technologies including SEO, SEM and Marketing Automation.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships with people from diverse areas of the business and external key influencers, including members of the media.
  • This position is based in Singapore and requires frequent travel.
