Assistant Project Engineer - Singapore - ENVAC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

Description

1) BOM take off for project kick off.

2) Project schedule planning, material procurement schedule and planning.

3) Shop drawing review with Project manager, design department. Major CSD co-ordination is done by design department. However, fine tuning or make adjustment is required on site due to unforeseen problem or other M&E crashes.

4) Site work supervision and co-ordination with main contractor on obstacles clearance.

5) Problem solving on sites on any arises matters.

6) Daily or weekly work permit.

7) Attend site co-ordination or technical meetings with project manager (when necessary) with maincon, consultants and contractors, resolved all site arises matters on project planning, CSD crashes, design issues, materials storage on site, installation problems etc.

8) Support and ensure contractor daily work activities carried out as plan and plan ahead upcoming works activities to ensure monthly revenues.

9) All safety matters arises, safety meeting, SIC arrangement etc.

10) Arrangement and attend all MPI or testing on site, bin center/DV/ODI testing with maincon, RTO, contractors etc. Able to lead team either internally or external parties to carry out all necessity test.

11) Forseen problem in advance and ability to work under stress.

12) Ability to handle contractors on site, organize site work sequence to ensure smooth and successful completion of projects.

13) Conduct site survey with maincon, safety personnel, contractors prior to start work, delivery of equipments etc to ensure smooth execution of material delivery and unloading.

14) Communicate with maincon on all necessary booking of crane for loading/unloading of materials on site, co-ordinate on site traffic or any hindrance work on site with maincon.
