Our client is a well-established life insurance company with a growing presence globally.

About the job

• Develop strategies for agency, bancassurance, and partnership distribution channels to meet business objectives
• Review and recommend strategiesto increase growth across the various distribution channels
• Develop, implement, and execute annual business and strategic plans
• Identify trends and business performance gaps
• Work closely with business units (Head of Agency, Bancassurance partners, Chief Distribution Officer, etc.) to drive business growth

Skills and experience required

• At least 5 years of distribution strategy/corporate planning experience in the insurance industry
• You should possess the ability to identify business gaps
• In order to succeed, you should be resourceful, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders across all levels
