Description
Astek is offering a role of IT PMO to be part of the IT team.Responsibilities:
- Organize meetings, preparation of meeting materials, minute taking and followups.
- Organize travel and regional events, preparation of materials and overall communication.
- Engage with stakeholders from different teams to gather the necessary information required for our projects.
- Manage and monitor project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project risks, issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Responsible in establishing performance metrics to measure project success.
- Responsible in providing regular status reports to senior management.
- Monitor budgets
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of IT is mandatory
- Experienced in project management managing largescale programs/projects from initiation through implementation.
- Proven experience working with crossfunctional teams including senior executives (C-Level).
- Good leadership skills
