Description
**Job Description- P-File updating and maintenance
- New Hires / Existing Employees / Resignees
- To assist in the consolidation of employment documentation (e.g., contract, appraisals, letters, onboarding and offboarding documents)
- Assist in the organizing of various company activities, team building, employee engagement, etc. End to end recruitment activities, which includes interview coordination
Additional Information
- 5 days work week (Monday to Friday)
- 3 months contract (able commit from Dec 2023 to Feb 2023)
- Available immediately
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Team player
