Description
**Our client is a local company in Scientific and Medical industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Service Engineer to join their Engineering Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central area - easily accessible.


Duties of Service Engineer:


  • Provide comprehensive aftersales support, including installation, commissioning, and repair of specialized laboratory, research, and analytical equipment.
  • Offer technical consultation to customers, addressing their inquiries and providing expert guidance.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve problems within specified timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed service reports to document work performed.

Requirements:


  • Minimum NITEC in relevant field
  • Relevant experience
