- Provide engineering support to production line by ensuring process flow, specification, procedure and documentation.
- Monitor any variables within the process and make the adjustments when required.
- Quick and effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of routine or minor problems.
- Perform process buy-off after equipment preventive maintenance or breaks down.
- Document routine manufacturing processes and report data for shift duty pass-down.
- Conduct or assist the process engineer in carrying out experiments with the objectives of process improvement.
- Continuous improvement on OEE.
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma.
- Self-motivated and positive working attitude.
- Team player with good problem-solving skill.
- Willing to work in clean room environment.
- Willing to work on 12hr (7.30pm to 7.45am) night shift pattern
- Fresh graduate welcome
- Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
- Possess of Sputter knowledge will be an added advantage
- Working experience in electronics manufacturing will be an added advantage
