Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Shop Operation Management:


  • Oversee the daily operation of the shop, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficient production processes.
  • Allocate staff duties and responsibilities to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and production staff to maintain adequate stock levels.

2) Retail Management:


  • Manage the setup and layout of the retail area to optimize space and enhance the shopping experience for both staff and customers.
  • Implement merchandising strategies to showcase products effectively and drive sales. Monitor customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve the retail environment.

3) Shop Sales and Marketing Management:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  • Identify opportunities for promotions, discounts, and special events to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

4) Online Shop and Marketplace Management:

  • Manage the ECommerce Shop and other online marketplaces such as Lazada, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords to improve search ranking and visibility. Monitor online reviews and feedback, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues to maintain a positive online reputation.

Qualifications:


  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in retail management with a proven track record of success is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with inventory management software preferred.
  • Knowledge of ECommerce platforms and online marketplace management is a plus.
