Description
Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the F&B industry. They are looking for a Operations Executive to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the Town - easily accessible.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of facility, including Reception, Café and Pantry Services teams.
  • Oversee and manage the administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll for the entire outsourced team
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures are in compliance
  • Maintain good relationships with client and key stakeholders
  • Participate in the manpower deployment
  • Monitor F&B service standards
  • Responsible in preparing various reports for management, including monthly catering records and consumption reports

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' working experience in hospitality or F&B industry
  • Able to work in face paced environment
