Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm

Location: Thomson Caldecott

Contract Period: 1 year

Job Responsibilities:

• Retrieval of new transport requests
• Updating database on the new transport requests
• Creation of WhatsApp chatgroups with the details of requests for CPO's confirmation
• Maintaining and updating weekly transport schedule
• On standby to fetch children aged one to 18, including those with special needs, behavioural issues, etc, for the purpose of the child's schooling, medical/psychological assessments, and appointments and access with parents.

Assist with other admin work and ad-hoc duties which may be assigned by supervisor
