Develop comprehensive marketing strategies across diverse platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement

Monitor and assess campaign performance
Manage and execute Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaigns
Oversee the production of all communication materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and maintaining a cohesive brand image
Take ownership of social media presence, curating and publishing relevant content that actively engages and resonates with the audience
Manage online delivery platforms
Update corporate website and ensure accuracy of information
Liaise with mall management for marketing activities
Develop engagement strategies with journalists and key opinion leaders.
Work closely with internal teams and related stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns
Any other adhoc duties when required

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in F&B industry
Degree in Business / Marketing or related disciplines or equivalent
Effective bilingual in English and Mandarin (Fluent in Cantonese will be an added advantage to liaise with multilingual associates)
Strong analytical skills
Team player who is passionate and able to work independently
